Responsibilities breakdown

Meeting minutes: Take notes for the meeting; upload to shared folder.
Report section and corresponding webpage: These are the five main sections of the consultation report, each to contain roughly 1000 words. The team member is also responsible for writing the corresponding webpage HTML.
Presentation notes and audio: The presentation will have five main sections corresponding to the main sections of the consultation report. This task assigns responsibility for listing the main talking points for a section and for recording an audio file (3min or less).
Additional webpages: The basic webpages are the ones corresponding to the 5 main sections of the consultation report. The additional webpages involve writing the content and coding the HTML for the following. 1. Home page - including executive summary and introduction; 2. Table of responsibilities - based on meeting minutes; 3. Meeting logs - proofreading the pre-existing minutes from meetings, compiling them into a single page and coding its HTML.
Compile report for TurnItIn: Includes the following tasks: 1. put together the 5 main sections; 2. add introduction and conclusion; 3. proofread and edit into a coherent whole in terms of continuity and flow.
Compile presentation: Includes the following tasks: 1. Make presentation slides from the talking points submitted by other team members; 2. insert the audio files and compose a coherent presentation; 3. upload to youtube.
Compile website: Includes the following tasks: 1. Make CSS file for the site; 2. Make a template webpage HTML, whose layout may be followed by other pages; 3. Proofread both content and HTML of webpages; 4. Make sidebar navigation and link to individual pages; 5. Find webhost and upload.
